Whale shark watching in Cancun, Mexico – a unique experience you will never forget. Join us in this amazing adventure!
In summertime hundreds of whale sharks swim to the Caribbean Sea, near Cancun, to stay and feed themselves on Plankton. Every year from May 20 to September 17 you have the chance to join our tour and to swim with these amazing animals. Our boats are leaving daily from Cancun to get to the whale sharks area between Isla Mujeres and Isla Holbox. Our experienced bilingual guides will make your whale shark swimming or watching experience the highlight of your holiday.

You swim at least 3 times very closed to the whale sharks – boat occupancy 8/10 people.

Our goal is to have a total satisfaction of the clients that is why we let you swim with the whale sharks as many times as you want. We stay in the whale shark watching area for approx. 3 hours.

Very safe trips and excellent service – Our professional guides will make sure you feel safe and you have the best view of the whale sharks. Even if you are not such an experienced snorkeler or if you are not so comfortable swimming the guide will make your swim with the whale sharks experience unforgettable, they will make you feel safe, secure and adapt to your level.

Great chance to swim with mantas and watch dolphins – We take you out on the best boats, all 4 strokes ecological engines, with our very experienced captains! They will make your boat ride very pleasant and they will try to spot dolphins, turtles and manta rays on the way. If we are lucky and spot manta rays we will let you snorkel with them and enjoy these beautiful animals in their natural habitat.

Get a picture and video gallery to remember this unique day – During the whole day HD Videos and pictures will be taken of you while your whale shark watching experience. These pictures we will take with a GO PRO camera. At the end of the day you can buy a 8 GB USB with all your Photos and Videos for $35 USD.

We provide high quality equipment – Full snorkeling gear will be given to you, and if you are a comfortable swimmer you can decide to rent a wetsuit for $15 USD, to be protected from the sun and to move easily through while you are swimming with the whale sharks.

Trip includes breakfast/lunch and relax in bay of Isla Mujeres –

When you arrive at the pier we will have a light breakfast ready for you, and during the day we have bottled water and soft drinks and sandwiches on the boat. When we finish with the snorkeling we have drinks and a caribbean lunch in the beautiful waters of Isla Mujeres to complete this amazing experience.

Various seasickness prevention available for free – Some people suffer from seasickness on boats. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening to our guest. To make sure that you will have the best whale shark watching experience we offer 3 different prevention methods for free such as dramamine, ginger, pressure point bracelet. If in the unlikely case you still get sea sick on the boat, our guides are trained to make you feel better.

Transport is included in the price – The transportation from and to any hotel in Cancun and the Riviera Maya is included.

Itinerary

7.30 – Pick up from your hotel in Cancun (6.45 Playa Del Carmen, 5.45 Tulum).
7.45 – Arrival at our meeting point at the boat peer in Cancun (Punta Sam Ferry terminal)
8.00 – Light breakfast buffet at the peer in Cancun.
8.15 – Departure from Cancun meeting-point Punta Sam harbor, our Certified Bilingual Guides will give you an informative briefing about safety and how to swim with the whale sharks.
9.00 – We arrive in the whale shark watching area. When we find the whale sharks, we gear up and we swim with two guest and the guide along with the whale sharks. We take turns and you can swim as many times as you want. We stay approximately 3 hours in the whale shark swimming area.
13.00 – Caribbean Lunch, with Shrimp Ceviche, totopos, guacamole, fruits, beer and soft drinks in Playa Norte, Isla Mujeres (vegetarian food available on request.)
14.30 – Return to Cancun (Where our drivers will be waiting for you to bring you back to your hotel).
